The QBaan

The Qbaan is the self-healing economy.

The Qbaan is a new form of money that does not inflate or deflate. It is a digital currency system that is in production and being sponsored by Cognisaya, LLC.

Why Do We Need a New Kind of Money?

To understand why Cognisaya, LLC. is creating the Qbit, let’s do some simple math.

Your Retirement Savings

Suppose you have $100,000 in your retirement account. Imagine also that inflation is only 3% per year. That means after a year passes, your money has the buying power of $97,000 in today’s money. There is still $100,000 sitting in your bank account (or stuffed in your mattress, or wherever). But it only buys as much as $97,000 does today. It’s as if someone stole $3,000 from you (someone did-the government).

Let’s keep going. After the next year, your $100,000 is still sitting there. But it only has the buying power of 94,090.

If you continue subtracting 3% of the value of you $100,000, you’ll find that by the time you retire in 20 years it is worth only $56,061.27 in today’s money. You have been robbed of $43,938.73 even though your bank account still says you have $100,000.

A Quick Quiz

Still not convinced? Let’s take a quick quiz.

Before you give your answer, we want to assure you that the information above is exactly accurate. In fact, it came from a spreadsheet downloaded from the Federal Reserve Bank’s web site.

So the dollar actually has lost 98% of its value over the last 100 years. The Federal Reserve Bank, who manages the dollar, was originally created to “protect the value of the dollar.” In that, it has utterly failed. It now takes $1 to buy what 2 cents bought in 1913.

If the dollar has lost 98% of its value, how long will it take to lose the other 2%? If you answered A, B, or C in the quiz above, you really need to know more about Project El Dorado. If your answer was D, well … good luck with that.

One More Graph

To help clarify the current situation, remember that the US dollar is backed by the US government’s ability to pay its debts-nothing else. We went off the gold standard back in 1971.

So let’s just take a quick look at the debts of the US government.

See the yellow part of the graph near the top? It shows how much more we’re getting into debt each year. See the red part at the bottom of the graph? It shows that the dollar economy is completely screwed. It is not possible for the US to pay its debts. The numbers don’t lie.

Most of the debt is owed to Japan and China. When they, and the rest of the debt holders, figure out that the US government can’t pay, what do you think will happen?

It Gets Worse

The US dollar is used at the backing currency (the technical name is “reserve currency”) for some 50-60 currencies worldwide. That means that they’re holding US dollars in their banks to back their currencies. Their money has value because our money has value. If the US dollar loses its value, so do the other currencies it backs.

What would happen to the worldwide economy if the US dollar and 50-60 other currencies suddenly had no value?

It isn’t hard to imagine the answer to that question. This really isn’t rocket science.

Why Do We Need the QBaan?

So why would anyone prefer the QBaan over any other kind of currency?

Goodbye Inflation (and Deflation)

The QBaan is a software system that issues money that doesn’t inflate or deflate. Unlike any other form of money in existence, the QBaan can monitor its own economy and see if inflation or deflation has set in. If so, it can control the amount of currency in circulation and adjust the supply to match the demand. In other words, your money holds its value over time.

Leveling the Playing Field

When the Federal Reserve Bank determines that more money is needed in circulation, it lends that money to the banks. And it charges interest on the money that it lends.

The banks take that money and lend it to us. They charge even more interest.

So we end up having to pay everything back. And we have to pay more than they lent us. This process concentrates money and power from the many to the few. It can’t do anything else. It enriches the elites in the government and the financial industry at the expense of everyone else. The gap between the rich and the poor grows and an increasing number of people fall into poverty.

Does this sound fair to you?

On the other hand, the QBaan makes it possible for everyone to become a stakeholder in the economy. It just takes a modest investment that nearly anyone can afford. Seriously. If you can afford a cell phone, you can afford to become a stakeholder in the the QBaan system. Keep in mind that people over most of the world today can afford cell phones.

Unlike government-issued, debt-based money, the QBaan enables most of the world’s population to become stakeholders in the economy.

What does this mean?

In practical terms, it means that every time the system increases the money supply, you get free money in your wallet.

And when the system determines that there is too much money in circulation, it offers you an investment that will make you more money in the long term in exchange for some of your currency right now. It saves the money you put into the investment and releases it later when more currency is needed.

What this means is that there are no privileged people or companies in the economy. Everyone has an equal chance to be a stakeholder, so everyone has an equal chance to receive money when more currency is needed. Unlike government fiat money, the QBaan spreads the new currency fairly across the entire economy.

The result of the QBaan is fairer money distribution system is that money and power don’t concentrate to the elites. In other words, the QBaan more democratic than the dollar or any other currency in existence.

New Ways to Invest

The QBaan also gives you new chances to make money that are not currently available. In the QBaan economy, forms of investment that are nearly impossible under the current banking system (but are perfectly legal) become easy to do.

And you can invent new kinds of financial instruments without the need for computer programming skills. If you can write a legal contract, you can build a new financial instruments that function just as if they were built into the system. As a result, the QBaan system enables you to create new types of investments that no one has thought of yet. In short, we are opening up opportunities for new ways to make money that are not accessible under the current economy.
